Central Oregon SHRM offers professionals in the Human Resources field opportunities for skills enhancement as well as tools to obtain certification as professionals in the field of HR. We meet the third Wednesday of each month and have speakers on various HR-related topics.

VOLUNTEER LEADERS
The Board of Directors meets on the 2nd Thursday of each month for the purpose of providing strategic planning to benefit our members. This includes finances, education, programming and networking, as well as, aligning our projects with SHRM. A position description of each position can be viewed in the CORSHRM By-Laws.
MEMBER ENGAGEMENT COMMITTEE
The purpose of the Membership Engagement Committee is to foster a vibrant, inclusive, and engaging community by creating and delivering relevant and timely workplace topics that resonate with our members' professional and personal growth.
Our committee is dedicated to developing and implementing programs through a DEIBJA (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging, Justice, and Accessibility) lens, ensuring that every initiative we undertake promotes a culture of inclusivity and respect.
We aim to attract dynamic speakers who are experts in their fields and can engage our members through thought-provoking, inspiring, and actionable presentations. By doing so, we seek to enrich our members' experiences, support their career development, and strengthen their sense of belonging within our community.
